360 Feedback for today's workplace.

Workplace 360 feedback methodologies have been around since the 1960s but suffer from a number of critical deficiencies: inefficient to complete, unengaging, prone to bias and the creation of inconsistent data across the organization.

Most 360 software platforms merely encapsulate historic 360 approaches in software form - baking in existing inefficiencies and inconsistencies.

The problems with traditional 360 feedback technology. Slow: feedback is primarily text-based, which is time consuming to complete and requires focus and skill. Engagement in such a process is difficult to maintain. Biased: allowing team members to pick who they give feedback to or receive feedback from introduces enormous bias into the feedback. Inconsistent: different managers and team members will take different approaches to how they generate and use feedback. This leads to inconsistent data across your organization, rendering 360 data essentially worthless in your business analytics suite.
How Indigometrics is different. We use AI algorithms to drive the 360 feedback process, leading to sustained high engagement, standardized and longitudinally consistent feedback, and business analytics that benefit both the individual and the organization.
We use a weekly pulse process that takes around 3 minutes per week - algorithms use a sociograph to determine who reviews whom, and feedback is mostly channeled into Likert-scale questions based around your own particular behavioral skill targets (text feedback is used only on a targeted basis).
This process is engaging over the long term, where we expect over 85% participation rates. For those of you thinking "people hate surveys" - that's true, but only because almost all surveys are very badly designed!
The data is transformational for the individual: on average, 77% of participants measurably improve their skills using our feedback data in each 6-month period.
