Challenge
Joe is a talented analyst who passed through 4 different jobs in
his first 5 years out of business school before joining a firm that runs IndigoMetrics. All of his references
were great, but for some reason he couldn't gel with a team. The client needed to culturally integrate
Joe or not only lose a talented employee but also potentially destabilize his surrounding
workplace.
Application
Shortly after starting his new role Joe received quantified feedback
on his behaviors and how they matched his employee’s expectations. Soon thereafter Joe also received specific
suggestions from his peers on how to improve his soft skills.
Results
After 2 years
with his current firm, Joe is in the 75% percentile of soft skills and has been promoted to SVP - he
